Can't connect into my account because password suddenly changed on its own

I've been trying to log in to my microsoft account for 2 days now (not this one), as I have been kicked out as usual every 1-2 months and needed to receive a code I should receive by mail on my email address to prove my identity. Note that I used the account the day before. So after waiting a bit, I don't seem to receive the email sending me my code, which I usually receive in les than 5 minutes. I've checked on the internet to see what may cause this, I tried everything from checking the junk to disconnecting or trying another wifi/device, but I couldn't find an answer. So I tried to connect in another way, via the microsoft website. But now, it says it wants to send me a code to an email address that ends in @autosecure.top; which I have never heard of in my life, and asks me to guess what the beginning of that address is. I have no idea what it is, and it is also asked when I try to recover my password, which was changed on its own, as I have it written down on paper and never changed it (at least I never received an email that says I have changed it). I also don't have the 25 character code and the questions I have answered to recover my account seem to not be enough, even though I am on the computer I always connect to the account with. Also, this morning, I received an alert that someone from Germany (I do not live in Germany and do not know anyone from Germany) has signed in to my account. I can't even review the account activity since it asks me to login. Why do I not receive the confirmation mail on my email address, and will I ever be able to recover my account?
