Can't connect credit card.

I tried to connect my credit card to new account and it won't connect it says try again later or that I have typed something uncorectly than I tried to delete my card from my main account and tried to connect it back but it won't connect is there way to fix that. I have tried going from Microsoft site to connect but still isn't working.With other cards everything is okay. Maybe my credit card is banned?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with one of your payment methods. As part of our isolation, please try to use your card on a different device and use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge then use Incognito or InPrivate mode.

If you're still having issues regardless of browser and your card is working on different merchants, I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support for your profile to be checked internally and see what's causing this issue.

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

It's not currently banned,just suspended,which means i can't connect to the internet.(i had problems with my credit card and couldn't pay my auto-renewal)

Should i fix my credit card problem,pay the subscription and THEN cancel it?

One thing with 360 market. You will need a valid credit card or pay pall account connected to the credit card valid for your region. It is a little bit more rigid market then xbox one. All information connected to the credit card must be correct.

are you sure you haven't confused the Xbox MasterCard with a gift card? A credit card company would not tell you that they can't replace your credit card

Remember that BC games can only be bought with credit card or pay pal connected to credit card in your region.
