    Can’t complete this process


    when I send a friend request I get a error message saying can’t complete this process. please try again for more info, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    I had the error for about a week in my Xbox 360 and I can’t send messages also and it would appear the same error message.

    I can't accept any friend request or send a friend request. The xbox 360 reads as follows cant complete this process please try again. For more info visit www.xbox.com/support. Why cant i accept my friends.

    try the following steps

    1. Check http://account.microsoft.com to see if all information is up to date

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Try the friend request

    If that fails also try to see what happens when you send the friend request via xbox.com?

    If it's not working on xbox.com either then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    I'm also having this issue when trying to buy Recore. Tried several different payment options, all added on Microsoft billing. This is very frustrating.

    Hi everyone,

    Is this issue occurring when you're trying to add a payment mothed on your account, or select an already mothed that you have in attempt to purchase the game?

    If not, could you please try to add your payment mothed first on Microsoft's Billing site (

    account.microsoft.com/.../payments     ) and then try to purchase the game and selecting the payment mothed you added to see if that works.
