    Receive the message in post title whenever attempting to send a message. I tried two different friends with the same result.

    Also, none of my game invitations are received, nor do I receive them from others.

    Friend requests weren't even working, I had to add my friend through the xbox live website from my Windows computer.

    Network is open (pass-through straight to internet), System/Network tests show full connectivity to internet and Live.

    Both my brother and I have removed and tried to readd each other as friends, checked our security settings (default "Adult").

    I deleted my profile from HDD and redownloaded it as suggested in other posts, made no difference.

    I have only a handful of Live friends added so obviously under what I heard was a 100 limit.

    Can anyone help?? We're out of ideas, over 3 hours of troubleshooting and reading support articles and nothing helps.

    Whenever I send a friend request on my Xbox 360 it says it can't complete this process and try again. I've tried again lots of times and it still doesn't work. Please help

    Unfortunately Xbox 360 game purchases can't be completed on an Xbox One console or at Xbox.com without having a payment method such as a debit/credit card registered to your account. One you have done this it should allow you to complete the Xbox 360 games
    with gold purchase without charge.

    If you try to complete this purchase on an Xbox 360 console you will not need to register another payment method.

    Please note not all Xbox Live Gold subscriptions (typically trial subscriptions) include Xbox 360 games with gold games.

    it all went ok on dirt iii from xbox 360 game with gold, and everything with games from xbox one, just not in this particulary game
