Can't complete install of PUBG

    Can't complete install of PUBG


    hey guys,

    So I just purchased PUBG and it stops at 58.5%. I cancelled it and then tried redownloading. Same result. I did a hard reset, same outcome. I have 260GB of free space. Can someone explain to me why this is happening, as well as a solution to it

    Error Installing Update

    I cannot connect to Xbox Live because it wants me to install an update, but the install always fails. The download completes, but the install fails. Here's the error message:

    Can't process the update. Status Code: 397B 3C74 A080 1400 D005 2001

    Hey BIGDADDY,

    PUBG and Fornite are two different games honestly same genre but completely different. I would say PUBG is more like Battlefield and Fornite is more like Call of Duty. If you want a more tactical more realistic game then your gonna want to go for PUBG.
    If you want a fast pace craziness your gonna wanna go for Fornite. Both game are extremely fun however I enjoy PUBG more because I enjoy tactical shooters more. Hope this helps!

    By analyzing your DUMP file, we concluded that the reason for your blue screen is that TslGame (the launcher of PUBG game) can't load d3d11.dll, which is the relevant module for DIrectX.

    Please try to right-click Start, open Device Manager, find your graphics card, right-click Uninstall, check Uninstall Driver and then re-download and install it from the device manufacturer's website.

    If the problem persists, it is recommended that you try contacting the PUBG official. Thanks for your understanding!
