Cant Complete a Warrenty Repair order

Can anyone help me with this problem as it is really frustrating. I have been trying for days to make an order for a warrenty return of my xbox controller but when it gets to adding an address the site just says "there has been a problem". I am completly unable to get hold of anyone to help resolve this nor can i even send it off for repair. Please some one fix this as i need to get this sent off for repair/replacement.

Hi, I have a problem with my Xbox 360 controller (cabled), it randomly started to have some input problems. All the game i run with my controller detect an input on mt R2, as if I make pressure on it, even if I am not doing anythinng. I don't know how to fix it.

I wish i could talk to an agent, However when i put my number in to get a call back it tells me "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.". This is constant and the 5th day this has been happening. I cant do my order and i can't speak to anyone nor can i get anyone to contact me. Im frankly going insane about it.

I have already done this ( i have completed previous repair orders with no problems). This time it would appear to be a site problem as it wont list my addresses and only allows me to add a new one, which then procceds to crash..everytime.

I can't even get mine sent off. Still not working BTW. Any response Microsoft?
