    Could you tell us which platform you are playing on? Can't you communicate with your friends in the Xbox voice group or game voice group?

    If you're playing on Xbox, this step can help you out.

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. If this is related to a ban please bring it up with someone at xbox support as this support forum can not help with this matter. Also make sure you read all the community guide lines to avoid bans and restrictions in
    future. I hope your issue is resolved shortly.

    Report and block is your only real option. I always recommend changing your privacy setting so only your friends can communicate with you, then they can’t even message you in the first place.
