Cant Collect Gems after 1st Character.

Okay, so i just traded in my copy and waiting for the Ult Evil Edition to come out but a problem i always had.. and maybe an update solved this.. but after i played through the game with my Mage and then started another game with my Monk, the Monk could
never pick up/collect the gems.. neither could any other character besides the Mage when i went back to him. Did i just have an F'd up disc or am i missing something?

Gems for missions not showing up!

Hello,

I just spoke to a customer care person about gems not showing up, or able to be collected, for missions that I just noticed that i have completed (they could not help so they directed me here).

Golden Child, Pass Go, In the Mix and prospector i have completed but cant collect the gems and they aren't on my account already.

How do I collect these 220 missing gems, or are they in the process of posting to my account?

Quest items perma locked in bags

yeah im starting to have the problem with "unusal gems" there 24 to collect for the thives guild, i have the quest but it dosent tell you where to collect them,so i cant just exclusivly look for them to get rid of them, and they weigh 0.5 each, and cannot
be stored.

 

Well i got the new Diablo 3 edition and i have the same 'problem', so i take it this is normal then?

 

What you mean? Gem's drop but you cant pick them up, or it just not dropping gems?

 

Like i just started playing as a Crusader, and im pretty sure i can seem gems droping but they arnt in my 'sack'/chest. back when i got Diablo 3 i started as a mage and used the gems fine. Then i started play throughs with the Barbarian, Witch Doctor and
Monk, but never once could i pick up a gem. Now with Diablo3 Reaper of Souls on my xbox 360, i started as a Crusader but i havnt picked up a single gem. Maybe its too early, and i havnt gone back to my other characters yet.

 

What level are you? Gems starting too drop like level15-20 if I remeber correctly.

Maybe potion you pickup thats you think is gems?

Odd problem if it is gems you can pickup but not showing in inventory? (or cant pickup at all), as I not heard about this problem before

 

Maybe i have it wrong then. Played 'out' my Wizard, who is like at lvl 69, will go back to the others i already have loaded up. Couldve sworn the jewels came earlier than lvl 15-20.

Thanks for the advice, will post back here later on if i still have the problem at lvl 20 for my Witch Doctor and others.
