Cant clear/erase my xbox mac address! What is wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this problem. I can totally understand how confusing this could be. If it was a cache issue, then a

power cycle would help it. I would give that a shot if you haven't yet.

Another thing you can try would be a soft factory reset of the console. It's a factory reset that does not uninstall any of your games/apps and is a great troubleshooting step for a variety of issues. Once you have made sure that your network is connected
with an open NAT type and that you have the sign in information for any important gamertags on your console (as you'll have to redownload them later), follow the steps on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted reset and keep my
games & apps.
