Can't claim Xbox 360 Live Gold games

I have a Xbox Live Gold membership for mig Xbox One (and have had it since the release of the console). Through xbox.com it is impossible for me to claim the monthly Xbox 360 games. When I click "Download to Xbox 360",
a message pops up and tells me that I don't have any valid payment options. When I click on "Change Payment Options", I get sent to the British website instead of the Danish I'm supposed to be sent to, as I live in Denmark. On the British page, I can't choose
Denmark; I only have the choice of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. It's a problem I've had ever since I bought the console on the release date several years ago so I've missed quite a few games because of this.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Games with gold

Yes. Once you claim a game with gold title for xbox 360 it's yours to play forever, even if you don't have an active xbox live gold subscription.

Can you claim Xbox 360 free gold games on the internet without actually having a 360?

I have an Xbox One and I got Xbox Live Gold. I am getting my free Xbox One games. I don't have a 360 (never had one), and would like to claim my free 360 games as well on the internet. When I try to claim my free monthly games, I get an error message
saying that I don't have a 360 registered. Well, again I only have One and never had a 360. Since I am already paying for Gold, can I still claim the free 360 games? I ask is because Sony lets people claim their free games, regardless whether one actually
has a particular console.

All xbox 360 games, one Xbox One market need a card to get them, even the free with gold.

About the country, you can know for sure is your account is from Denmark, go here Sign in to your Microsoft account and see if your account is registered to Denmark, if not, change it. And be sure the page of the 360 game you want is
in Denmark region not english

To claim 360 games with gold for xbox one you need to have linked with the account a valid method of payment, credit card. In this case a purchase of 0,00$ is registered while claiming the game.

Since the account is that of a minor and not allowed to purchase online, it cannot claim the 360 games with gold for xbox one.
