Hm, you have all needed for claiming. Maybe is the server's problem. Try later in the day. If not I can see support as the only option as suggested.

I've tried several times with no success.



When I click buy game, there's a value in from of it, but in the next screen i get "Free".

Then I press confirm button, I keep getting the "loading circles", nothing happens!!!!

There is currently a problem "buying" Xbox 360 games on the Xbox.com website.

However, you should be able to get the game on your Xbox One console.

If you have a real Xbox 360 console (or a friend/neighbor with a Xbox 360), you could also try signing in on that Xbox 360 and getting the game on that console.

The thing is, that Microsoft has a convoluted mess of selections that might or might not allow you to contact a real agent via chat or phone.

In Germany, when I choose Subscriptions & Billing, and then "I need help with purchasing", I can request a callback.

If I change the country of the website to United States, support can't help with that specific combination.

So depending on your country, try a few combinations until you find one that allows you to chat with the real support, or allows you to request a callback from them.

It keeps happening every single day!
