Can't claim or get xbox 360 Games with Gold on Xbox one

Please can someone just help I have tried every thing I even had a chat with one of the support members. I can't claim my GWG xbox 360 game I already missed last months game. I don't even see the point if they put the 360 GWG on the xbox onn if some people
can't even claim their games. The support member said I needed to claim that game on xbox 360 but how if already sold my 360 to get one. I missed TC Rainbow six cuz of this please just help. The error I get when I try to claim the game on my xbox one is "Your
account is unable to make this type of purchase on xbox.com. please complete this transaction from your Xbox." But what the hell it is on the xbox. If this problem can't be fix might there be any other way to get the game like maybe microsoft sending people
a email that contains a code that we can use to get our free game of the month. Please help.

It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
or get the games on the website with a payment method.

 

I bought gold but says i dont have it?

I'm having this problem with my Xbox one. My problem is I have gold (can't redeem any codes because it claims I already have gold) and can't play Netflix or any games online because it claims I don't have gold

 

You will need a credit/debit card or paypal linked to your account to download backwards compatible games from your xbox one or here on xbox.com.

No not at the moment, but all the privacy settings are set to allow.

 

That'll be the issue then.You need to be 18 years or over to download some of the games with gold.

 

Realy danm I can like claim and buy other games like saints row but *** ,this wasnt a problem when i had my 360, but thanks for the info man.

That's why we asked if you had an child account

Child accoujlnt make purchases of m rated content without a console or parental permissions

Xbox one permissions don't count for xbox 360 games

Two ways borrow a 360 or rent one or have a parental account on your xbox one with a gold.membership not home gold and queue it using their account

 

Anything else would be a violation. Of the terms of use

Except if you are 18 and then you just promote your account

 

I turn 18 in october so I need to wait hope I don't miss cool games. But thanks everybody for the help.
