Can’t choose planes from the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade

Discus and support Can’t choose planes from the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I purchased the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade and I can see in Marketplace that they are Owned and installed.     Can’t choose planes from the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade


    I purchased the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade and I can see in Marketplace that they are Owned and installed. But I can't choose any of the planes in the World Map. I only see a total of 20 planes.

    I also noticed that in the Content Manager that there are no version numbers and the space used is empty.

    Microsoft shold at least try to help us.

    Many people are having this problem myself included. there are a lot of posts about this.

    Sorry I can't provide an answer, but my problem is identical to yours.

    Have tried multiple suggestion to fix, but no success.

    Come on Microsoft, this is unacceptable!
