Cant choose plan when buying Xbox game pass for pc in xbox (beta) app

Oh, sorry, it seems to be that i can only get it in retail in my region

No there are no error codes, just there is nothing to press when chosing the plan, may it the problem be connected with the fact that i live in Russia and i need to buy pass somewhere else?

I am not sure you can purchase Game Pass or Gold Membership using the Xbox (beta or otherwise) app. I can see my subscription but I can't find anywhere to purchase it. I'm sure my fellow Ambassadors will correct me if I'm wrong.
