Can't Chat? Suspension Ban Temporary and Permanent ?

So I got into an argument with some random guy who was trash talking me on a game mind you we were on the same team and he spammed my messages so I backfired some harsh words . So I'm assuming I got a Temporary communication chat Ban for 24hours as it stated
on the enforcement appeal area of your company's site. Well on top of it for some strange reason I also got a permanent ban from signing on to devices which makes no sense cause I signed in perfectly on my phone and my console and I don't know why I would
receive a permanent ban period to begin with the communications ban was supposed to be for 24hours and hasn't lifted in the allotted time that your site stated it would and on top of that I cannot Submit a Case Review. I checked my reputation and it's all
green and I've been reported 3 times on Xbox one and Ive had this account for 8 years what is going on here? Please help explain this to me because I'm confused and very upset at this I've been a loyal customer for 8years going on 10. How do I fix my account
to chat again. This is also my first ever suspension mute ever in 8 years

I even tried talking to your ambassadors and they told me to ride it out and left chat not explaining anything to me.

What was I suspended for??

I did I checked it out online as I stated, it just says it was a comms ban and the punishments for temporary and permanent suspensions

What does this mean? I have a ban until January 31st, but this says Permanent. If so, does this mean I can't log in to smartglass on my phone permanently?

Ive read up on this and apparently from what an Ambassador has said, the ban is only for the duration of the suspension. If so, why does it say Permanent, and not Temporary?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, but not all suspensions are eligible for a review. In that case, all you can do is wait it out. You
can try contacting support to verify how long your suspension is, but they will not have information about the suspension itself. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
