    I was installed The Forbidden City last night and was really enjoying it apart from a couple times when it locked up and crashed unexpectedly. The main issue I'm having now, though, is with the long loading times. So I decided to try to move it from my HDD to my NVMe to address the issue, it kept getting to 100 percent and then would give me error code 0x80073b17. I am not sure what would be causing this as I've moved other games' install locations before with no issue. I thought about uninstalling it, but I'm worried I'll lose my save data. Any and all help anyone can provide me with would be greatly appreciated.

    Be sure that the game saves will not be lost. Any game played online sends your saves to the cloud. So as soon as you install it again it will sync with the cloud to download your saves.

    Please try to uninstall and install it on the desired folder/drive/partition and let me know how it goes.

    Hey, Lucas.

    I haven't tried uninstalling it because I was worried about losing my save data. I did think of manually moving it over in the File Explorer, but the same concern applies. I will do that, though, and if by chance the save gets corrupted, it's okay. It only took a couple hours to get that far into the title, anyhow. haha

    Saves from the cloud can get corrupted. Some users already faced this issue. But it is extremely rare. Like one in a million case.

    Some game developers don't allow their games to be moved to other folders, as this can cause errors on some commands and registry entries. Did you try to move it by copy/paste or did you try to uninstall it and install on another folder?
