Can't change settings back can't see on tv

I changed my refresher rates to 120 hertz and it was originally on 60 hertz now cant see it on screen to change it back to 60 hertz is it away to set my xbox back to 60 without seeing the screen

If you can't get the display to work then you might have to do a factory reset using a USB drive. Here is the walkthrough on how to do this.

unplug the power from the xbox, plug it back in then press and hold the power button on the xbox for about 15 seconds for it to boot up in like a safe mode which should reset the display settings to basic

My tv doesn't even go up to 720p.. so I can't change it in console settings, and I didn't see anything about it in game.

Same.

Full reset, now it wont even allow me to set up the TV tuner. After entering my ZIP code, it just says "We can't find your TV providers".

I get this message under both Settings > TV & OneGuide > OneGuide > USB TV Lineup (says "Not set" and can't set it) and Settings > TV & OneGuide > TV Tuner (says "Complete" but can't change it.)
