Can't change privacy settings for Xbox on Windows 10

Thanks for the reply. The problem I have is when clicking on "account.xbox.com" on the first link you sent, it doesn't go to my account but instead opens the same page again. This means I can't access my account information or change my settings. I am 17
and created my own account so have no reason to believe I have a child account.

You need be the Parent Root Control to change and See the configuration

You have to change your Privacy settings in Xbox. Click on your profile & click Xbox settings then go to Privacy but I can't seem to go onto the Online safety option.

It should be on your profile on the Microsoft app on windows 10.
