    Can't change privacy settings, can't play Halo custom games.


    I am unable to play any custom games in Halo, have checked in MCC and Infinite with neither working. When I try to access me Xbox settings I am redirected to the support page that says "Why can't I change my privacy settings?". From what I've researched you would need a family coordinator to then go in and change the settings for you but I don't seem to be in a family so I can't do that... Can anyone help me out?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If you're still a minor you need to ask an adult to add you as a member via https://account.microsoft.com/family in that way they can manage your settings for you.

    Once you're added as a member, the organizer account will sign in to https://acount.xbox.com/settings and they will be able to manage your settings from there.

    I have had my account for ~8 years, but I still do think it's odd that back then I could play multiplayer no problem, but NOW I can't.
