    Can't change privacy and online safety settings on my xbox profile


    I'm clicking on the privacy settings tab on my xbox profile on the xbox website and I'm directed to a page with a number of settings formatted as bullet points.

    I click to change a setting and press submit, but then after that the page reloads and the settings don't get changed.

    It's annoying as it's preventing me from streaming on twitch just as my streaming career was starting to pick up.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    WHY?

    You have to change your Privacy settings in Xbox. Click on your profile & click Xbox settings then go to Privacy but I can't seem to go onto the Online safety option.
