    Can't change my Xbox account location. Can't purchase anything now.


    Hi, I recently got a Series X. Since I am in the process of moving, I tried changing my account to the new country on my Microsoft profile first which worked and am now trying to change it on my Xbox profile which keeps giving an error message. Now this is preventing me from buying anything in the store as well. Can this be fixed on Xbox's end?

    You need to careful unless it's the region you actually live in

    You have to manage your region on your account on this webpage

    How do you change the location. I have logged into the parent account and gone into my profile but I can't see anything to do with a location field.

    why is the dlc not available to everyone yet?

    If I change my xbox location to the United states I can find the DLC no problem what sop ever, just can't purchase it as it says unavailable. As soon I change my console location back to United Kingdom it is no where to be found in the store.

    I purchased Red Dead Redemption and trying to download it but when it comes to %80 it says "Can't Download Red Dead Redemption"

    What should I do now?

    my account region is uk but Im not actually located in uk now. But whats that have to do with anything? I purchased this game and it took the money out from my credit card.
