Can’t change my sender name

Whenever i try to change my name it doesnt work and i dont know how to change my sender name. Ive never dealt with this before and im trying to buy stuff but my card wont work. It keeps on saying “Check Your Sender Name” and then it says i have a prohibited
word in it. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Change Sender Name

Sounds like you need to set some account information on your Microsoft Account.

You might want to verify the region your account is set to and check it against the region the card is for, as cards for regions that don't match your account cannot be redeemed. The account and card region have to match.

 

Change Sender Name

So i bought i card for xbox and when i tried to redeem it it told me to make a billing adress and i did but then said Change sender name because it was wasn’t allowed and the option wasnt there to change it, I dont even know how to change it or what it even
is right now, I just want to change it so i can redeem my cards again so i can use the cards i bought to buy stuff on xbox.
