    Can't change my profile picture


    Everytime I try to change my profile picture on the Xbox app to a custom profile picture it says "try again in a bit. Something went wrong". I've been trying to change it now for 2 days. Do you have a solution to this problem

    Hi FearWRX,

    They have temporarily disabled some features to reduce strain on the servers. One of the features to be disabled, unfortunately, is the ability to upload a custom profile picture.

    Actually, you can't and it's normal. Microsoft freeze some functionnality cause COVID-19. Don't know when exactly it will come back.

    Hope this quarantine period ends soon, hopefully i still like my propic, it can wait for it to change, but i've been using it for some months now and i'm kinda tired of my current propic but i can change later
