Can't change my privacy & online safety. i check the allow box but when i click submit it don't apply.

Hey there, if you can't afford the name change you could try changing some of your privacy settings so that random people can't send you messages or see your online status.

• First, you have to go to the My Account page
• You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
• Go to Settings and Preferences and select Privacy and Online Settings.
• Now change the settings.

• You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
• Proceed to Settings and Privacy and press Child.
  
  Note: You’ll be asked for the parental Microsoft account in order to make changes to the child account’s safety settings.

Sorry to hear it. If you are under 18 then your parent account must make the changes otherwise they will not stay.
