    Cant change my privacy and online safety settings!!


    I have been trying for hours to change the privacy and online safety settings with no results. I have tried making a family group as suggested everywhere and it still doesn't work. I used an adult account to try change the other member's settings, but I couldn't click on the gamerpic. On the account i want to change, I can access the settings, but if I try to change them, it just says that an error occurred.

    My first idea was to use the Forza forum, but I cant login. Im still waiting to get an awnser to my support ticket about it.

    But well the main issue isnt Forza itself. I have the issue because I cant change my online safety / privacy settings in xbox.

    The solutions in your link didnt work for me. I still cant change my online safety / privacy settings.

    i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

    how do access my privacy settings?
