Can't change my Microsoft Privacy Settings

I want to play Minecraft Realms with some of my friends. I was informed by the game that I need to change my privacy settings to allow that. Every time I try to change my privacy settings so that I can play, it sends me to the XBox Support page. For the record, I'm not playing on XBox, I'm trying to play on either PS4 or Mobile. Every time I click the link to the Privacy & Online safety page for my account, it opens another tab of the XBox Support page. Same thing if I manually enter account.xbox.com/settings into my search bar. It does this on every device I've tried. I'm 18+ (age-wise), so it shouldn't be parental controls... Am I stupid? Am I doing something wrong? Someone please help I've been trying for an hour now.

Yes, if you can see your account as a member of the family here https://account.microsoft.com/family then only the organizer's email or the adult account can change your privacy settings.

Update: It's been fixed. I had to ask my mom to change my privacy settings in family settings.

This is because you're underage or used the wrong age when setting up the account, Unfortunately once an age is set it's permanent. While the system will let you change the age anytime, It only recognizes the age you used when you set up the account. This
is to prevent kids from just changing their ages to bypass things. You will need your parents help or you will have to send in an age change request form and see what they say.

I have had my account for ~8 years, but I still do think it's odd that back then I could play multiplayer no problem, but NOW I can't.
