Can’t change gamer pic

i recently got a communications ban on the xbox that lasted 24 hours and it said that during that time i wouldn’t have access to certain features including voice and text chat and also that i wouldn’t be able to edit my profile. So due to the circumstances
i felt that it was only fair, but now after i have served the 24 hour ban i can’t edit my gamerpic to a custom image, so does anyone know why? And how long this is going to last for please?

Can’t change gamer pic

for some reason for like the last day I can’t change my gamer pic to another custom pic. No matter what pic I try to use it show up as the new pic but when I open my profile it has the old pic still. Im using the Xbox app on my phone.

hello I can’t change my gamer pic anymore I’m not suspended I do not have an child account, I wanted to change it to a gamer pic I been using for the past month and it will something like “ success wait for it to verified that’s OK” but it been 3 days I
try it with my computer , Xbox app , UBS , and one drive nothing work.

http://enforcement.xbox.com to double check there is no enforcement action on the gamerpic change active.

Also please try if you can change it via
https://account.xbox.com/CustomizeProfile

to check if it's a cache issue on the console

Have you been able to change the Gamerpic before?

Be aware, that you can only change your Gamerpic, if your account has reached legal adult age according to the birthdate you entered, when the account was created.

In case you have changed the birthdate on the Microsoft Account, be aware that the birthdate on the Xbox Gamertag does NOT change with that change on the Microsoft Account.

So if you created a Gamertag with a birthdate that does NOT make your account 18 years old, you can't change the Gamerpic yet.
