My gamer pic every time I go to change it it says you need to be an adult count but I have all the settings on it to adult I don’t understand even when I try through the Xbox itself or the app it is not cooperating I can change my Microsoft gamer

If you can't update your gamer pic, it would suggest that you have a child account, which could also be why you can't view others clips. If you entered a date of birth, when creating your Xbox account, that has you below the age of 18 (20 in Japan and
South Korea) then you will have to wait for it to naturally reach adult before you can get a custom gamer pic. Please note that changing the account to adult and an adult date of birth will not work. Xbox accounts work off the first date of birth entered and
it can not be changed.

You can’t change an child account to an adult account. Even when the parent gives “permission” it will not let you. You will have to wait until the account is eligible to be an adult.

Did you recently change from an child account to an adult account? If so, you will need to sign-out and sign back in again for the setting to take affect.

It's only custom gamer pics that can't be added without it being an adult account.
