can´t change custom xbox profile picture anymore.

Greetings

I have the following problem:

I can not change the profile picture of my xbox acc. to a different custom one

when i try to change it by using the xbox app on Windows 10 it just says (in German):

"Ihr Bild kann momentan nicht hochgeladen werden. Versuchen Sie es gleich noch einmal."

which basicly translates to: "your picture couldn´t been uploaded at the moment, try it again later"

it´s been like this for a couple of months now

i tryed other pictures, account and reinstalled the app too.

so what´s the problem?

Please help guys. My xbox profile picture doesn't want to change to a custom one anymore. It usually changed easily now it doesn't want to at all, please help

how do i changing settings so I can add a custom profile picture?

On my xbox one s I am unable to change my profile picture to 'custom' due to 'privacy settings or age restriction'. How can i change this?

Are you sure that the image you're trying to upload fits the requirements for a custom gamerpic? Details can be found here: Change Your Xbox One Gamerpic There
are a few methods for uploading your gamerpic, what method are you trying to use?

I´m sure the images i´m using are working i tryed to change my picture back to a custom one i already had used but that didn´t work either

the method i´m using is via the xbox app for windows 10 which first worked perfectly fine but not anymore

Why can I not change my custom profile picture anymore? I haven't done anything bad, and I haven't changed it that much?

I try to change mine to a custom picture and it says can't change right now try again in a while ir says this every day. I tried doing it on my old phone as well thinking it was a glitch on my current phone and nope it says the same thing. Does anybody have
answers on how I can fix this?

As a proactive measure you should change your account password. Was the picture a default Xbox profile picture or a custom picture? If it was a custom picture MS could have changed if there was a complaint about it you shouldhave an email or message
though.

I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).
