    Can't change country location


    Hey all,

    I have changed my profile info location and console location to another country, yet somehow, whenever I wanna buy something or activate a subscription, I receive an error notification that indicates I'm still living in my old country.

    There is no really Xbox support, so I ask you dear community, what can I do?

    You're successfully changed the billing address, aka, location on your account? It appears the new address there? How long has it been since you changed it?

    It could take a while for the changes to take effect on your account.

    My name is Mauro and am happy to help. We are sorry for this inconvenience however Malta is not a supported country for Xbox that is the reason you can't change it, if a country is not available there is no way to change the location to that region.
