Can't change color or theme.

I'm sorry and I understand that you are experiencing issues changing the color and theme on your Xbox, and that your full games list is not displaying.

Restart your Xbox: Power cycle your Xbox. Then, press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. If the “Double NAT detected” message does not appear, the problem has been resolved

Check the video settings on your Xbox: Go to Settings > General > TV & Display Options > Video Modes. Within the Video Modes menu, select Auto HDR to enable it. Then, reopen your game to see if the image quality has improved

Adjust your screen resolution: Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options, then select the resolution you want from the Display drop-down menu

Factory reset: As a last resort, you could try doing a factory reset of your Xbox. Please note that this will delete all data and settings, so you should back up any important data before attempting this.

I’ve had this same issue for going on three weeks now with no solution. I even factory reset my Xbox to no avail, the issue persists. It seems like it’s not a wide spread issue, few people have it, so feels like Xbox isn’t going to bother with finding a fix for this, pretty frustrating.

I’m currently experiencing the same issue, can’t change the color or theme on my profile and sometimes when I try to use the search feature it always tells me to check my connection, this is super annoying at this point.

I have the same issue too! I have tried multiple restarts, restarted router multiple times, been on chat support for hours and still no resolution. Sometimes my library will show up for a moment, but then dissappear. I've even tried my profile on different xboxes with the same results. Did you find a way around this?

There was never an Option to change the color of any Theme on any Dashboard. On the Blades Dashboard you could change the "Effects" (Carbon Fiber/ Glass/ Bubbles/ etc) and a Theme applied to the Guide Button but there was no Option
to simply change it's color.
