    Can't change child account to adult


    My son is 19 and his sub account (family member account) still says hes a child and i can't figure out how to change it to adult.

    Ive been on the account manager page but there were only options to add restrictions not change him so hes not considered a child.

    Does anyone have a link that would bring me right to the page i need to fix this?

    You can change a child account to an adult account, but you can't change an adult account to a child account. In order to manage them, you would have to create new child accounts for them.
