    Can't change age on XBOX One S


    I Accidently wrote my age as 25/2/2008 instead of
    25/2/1998 what should I do As NO Link is working and I am unable to change my birthday and am Stuck with a Child's account and am unable to have a better
    Gaming experience . PLEASE respond ASAP

    Unfortunately it is not possible to change the age of an account once it has been created. If you haven't done much on the account, just create a new account.

    If you have to change your online privacy settings and can't this means you're underage and need to be in a family account. If you're already in a family account have your parents make the changes for you. You won't be able to make the changes yourself.
    Keep in mind too that you can't just change your age to bypass things. Once an age is set it's permanent. You can change the age after the fact but it won't be recognized as an older account.

    The age of the account can't be changed. You can either make a new account or wait till this one reaches the age of 18 and then promote it to an adult.
