    Hi all,

    I'm having difficulty changing my address and debit card details. I get as far as line one of my address but the cursor starts at the beginning of the line, so I can't delete. Anyone know how to move the cursor to the end?

    Here are the instructions for updating payment options online. You can use a mobile device or pc.

    Let us know if you continue to have difficulty.

    It won't let me delete if I only got 1 payment option though. I can change everything else apart from that one line on my address.

    If you are using your controller to input the necessary changes, the bumpers on your controller move the cursor over in either direction.

    You may need to delete the old payment method and add the new one rather than update.
