Can't cash in my points! Thought it would automatically but didn't. Help?

I've recently built up 17000ish rewards points I want to cash in. Usually there is the button for this purpose right on the myrewards page. It was absent when I checked., but it was a mere 2 days before the automatic deposit date. I thought this may not
only be the cause but also the solution to my problem. I have waited several days and it has neither deposited automatically or presented the button to do so myself

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Xbox rewards

Hello,

I had over 1000 points in my xbox account yesterday and i had clicked 'cash out' but there were no instructions on what would happen, and i don't see them anywhere, or anything else in regards to that transaction. I know that the rewards system is integrating
into a single system soon but when i logged into just xbox i saw that i had some points in there and it let me cash out, but it didn't say anything about what will happen, i thought it would go into my MS account. I have already opted in to integrate my rewards
accounts so what I see now is hat i have earned post cash out. please help! Thanks!

Maybe even microsoft points as buy ins. If MS didn't want cash to be involved in it. Though I remember seeing an advert for FIFA for cash somewhere. Which I thought was a terrible idea to be honest, the type of game it is.

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are deposited by the following
15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Since it sounds like you earned yours late in December, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 12th.

The button on the MyRewards page is to request a deposit at the next available date. We automatically schedule a deposit for you at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your last Credit event pushed you over this amount, you were scheduled automatically for
a deposit, and therefore you no longer needed to request a deposit manually, so the deposit button is no longer available.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th, your deposit will occur in the mid-month deposit in January.
