Cant capture video but can screenshots

Hard reset didn't solve the problem.. Still cant take screenshots. Anyone else having this issue? Strange thing is that video capturing works

You can use OneDrive. You get 5GB of storage for free.

In the capture settings on the console, you can set it so that captures are automatically uploaded to OneDrive if you like. You can also manually upload multiple captures to OneDrive at once via the Captures app. Also, you can upload an individual capture to OneDrive via the Share menu.

Once uploaded, screenshots will appear in the Pictures\Xbox Screenshots folder inside your OneDrive folder, and videos will appear in Videos\Xbox Game DVR.

I'm experiencing the same issue with screenshots and video capture.

To take screenshots you might need a capture card. You can take photos and videos on your Xbox and edit them on your computer.

I have a simular issue. I accidentally deleted my "Captures" folder. And now all my captures are being saved to '\AppData\Local\Temp'

I want I created a new Captures folder in my videos, however all my screenshots and video captures are still being saved in 'Temp'
