    Can’t capture game chat audio for stream


    I’m trying to fix my audio every time I turn on my headset and go to general volume & audio output it tell me that changing HDMI output is temporarily disabled while headset is connected when I stream cod it won’t capture voices in game chat but when I turn off my headset my stream can hear the people in game and I’m wondering how can I fix that cause before the Xbox update it was working

    For that you would need a capture card to stream from the PC with the in game chat audio

    We understand that you are trying to fix your audio while on streaming COD and is unable to because you are getting an error telling you that changing HDMI output is temporarily disabled while headset is connected.     As per your description, when you stream on COD you cannot hear the voices in game chat while the headset is on, but when you turn it off you can hear other players in game and that's where your issue that we need to sort out.

    For us to further identify the issue better, we’d like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

    ►What Platform are you using in streaming your game?

    ►May we ask what is the model of your headset?

    ►Have you tried using other headset?

    ►Is this happening other games?

    ►What other troubleshooting have you tried to fix the issue?

    Chat audio is not captured. You can incude party audio in A live stream, but you must turn that on when you set it up
