    I got xbox game pass for 1₺ with black friday sale it was 30th day today and I was here to cancel it but it shows me that i need to pay 59₺ didnt autocharge cuz my card is empty i dont need a second month i want to cancel it but it asks for money

    be sure to check if there is an payment due at
    http://account.microsoft.com/services

    if that is the case that needs to be sorted first to be able to cancel the subscription.

    A payment for the next subscription usually is resevered before the renew and you could have turned off automatic renewal immediately after the start of the subscription.

    It might be best for you to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they might be able to help you sort this issue if you can't solve the problem.

    Hi there If you didn't cancel it will automatically renew best to contact support they will be able to refund you.

    I upgraded my life gold to ultimate then i cancelled upgrade but it cancelled live gold too and i lost my year of gold supsc.

    You can't. Once it has been converted to Ultimate, it can't be reverted back. So by cancelling, you cancelled all of it.
