Cant cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my xbox game pass ultimate subscription as i already sold my Xbox. Im still getting messages from bank as Microsoft is trying to deduct momey from my account. I dnt have a cancel subscription option. Just the renew subscription option
is available. Cant remove the card because of this subscription . What should i do now. Why is microsoft not showing the direct option to Just CANCEL the subscription. !! I cant lose my momey for this.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our Cancel
recurring subscription charges page. If that doesn't do the trick, I recommend getting in contact with customer support via the
steps here.

I think its because you are already past paying the subscription.. so I assume, sadly, you will have to pay this before being able to cancel it? 😔 if this keeps showing maybe contact customer support for xbox?

But i haven't used my Xbox Past the renewal date of Game pass. I sold it already.

Is there any customer service facility for xbox? So i can call them and get my things clear.

thx for help but i canceled my subscription at 17 feb but i can’t see purchase date for my last cancellation my last last cancellation was 11 but i cant see last one 17 feb ultimate cancellation subscription and i didn’t get my money back!!
