    Can't cancel monthly fee of $19.03 for Microsoft*Ultimate 1M


    I am being charged a monthly fee of $19.03 for Microsoft*Ultimate 1M and cannot figure out which account it connected to or how to cancel it. I have 2 kids with 2 accounts but looked under subscriptions on both and don't see anything. Who do I contact. The credit card company won't cancel it from their end.

    Xbox game pass app started crashing every few seconds the MOMENT I subscribed to Ultimate.

    This has been going on for over a month. Have cleared cache, reinstalled, blah blah. The only thing that's been working is Microsoft's ability to draft my account for the monthly fee. Cancelling now.
