Can't cancel Minecraft Realms subscription

I can't find any way to cancel my Minecraft Realms subscription. When I login to Minecraft on iPad, it says I need to cancel it from the windows store, where it was bought. When I login to the windows store under the same profile, I don't see any active Realms subscriptions, nor any transaction history for the past 3 months. However, looking at my credit card bill I was charged as recently as yesterday for Realms. I am at a loss for how to proceed and would like to cancel it immediately.

I've tried:

Logging into several different Microsoft accounts I have (for myself and each of my kids) on Windows

Logging in via iPad (were my kids play)

If it's still charging you and you can't cancel it, then the simplest solution would be to remove your payment method from your MS account until it's expired

However, there shouldn't be a reason why you can't as you can cancel the subscription from the Minecraft main menu...unless I'm missing something?

May I know if you tried double checking your AppleID (or your kids AppleID) subscription page to see if maybe the realms subscription was purchased there?

Open Settings > Click on your name > Subscriptions

I understand you would like to cancel your Realms subscription. Can you confirm on what platform did you subscribe to Minecraft Realms? Please try the steps below.

1. Open Minecraft on the device you bought your Realms subscription.

2. Click Settings.

3. On the left, scroll down and select Subscriptions.

4. Click the Cancel button under your Realms subscription to open the store you used to start your subscription.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to turn off recurring billing or cancel any future payments.
