Can't buy xbox ultimate pass

Hi,

I always get this error: "We're having trouble processing your payment and
we'd like to get it sorted out. ."

I did try to remove my credit card and add it again, got confirmation that card is ok.

But trying the Ultimate pass just gives the error above.

I already have

Xbox Gold

Pc game pass

Bought and payed for with the same card, card has money on it

Guess my Gears 5 weekend is bust, unless you guys fix this thing.

No, you can't, if you buy gold separate it's cob¿nverted automatically in game pass ultimate

Sadly, the game is only included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Joshua.

To play the game we need to buy the game or buy an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Did you buy Games Pass or Games Pass Ultimate?

Only Games Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live

Hi if you buy Ultimate game pass Xbox live is included with it. You do not have to purchase Xbox live to be able to buy The Ultimate version of game pass. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply; Thing is the card and billing address do match, I have checked and checked over and over again.

Card and billing address are the same and is set as default.

If only the system would give a meaningful response instead of random letters/numbers, not even a real error code.

I say it again, this is the worst experience I ever had buying anything on the internet EVER and I do alot of shopping on the net.

This put a serious dent in my weekend and mood, totally frustrating.

Not blaming you guys; I was a MVP for MS for many years and know you are trying your best.

Thanks for trying. I guess I must give up on this. Perhaps get the game on Steam(If my mood does not stop me in doing so)
