Cant buy with debit card

Today i try to buy a new game using my debit card but the app reject it and say that my info is not correct for that card. Afther that i check lot of forums and lot of people have problems with the same debit card.

Already i contacted my provider but the card don't have any problem.

What can i do? The offer that i want ends today :/

This is the first time that i try to linked my card with Microsoft and got this problem

I think it, but i'm from Argentina and i cant use PayPal metod, microsoft only permit credit and debit card here

Hi JustDragon,

I suggest making sure your billing information is up to date and if you need to, you may need to remove the debit card and re-enter the billing information linked to that debit card.

If the offer ends today I would suggest going out and quickly getting an Xbox Gift card or if you have a paypal link that and use it.

As for using a debit card to make purchases this is only available in some regions so you would have to check into that and see if you are in a supported region or not.

I mean, the game is $1.000ARG and max price of gift card is $500ARG
