    So today I wanted to buy havoc for advanced warfare but it kept saying there is an error and it also said about the tax I went to go see how much money I have and it said I have 15 so then I tried buying the dlc again but it kept showing me the same thing

    I was able to download Coyote pack, breach, and aqua but not Rogue, PaP, and glam.

    Does it give you a specific error code? And have you tried fully resetting your Xbox?

    To do so:

    1. Hold the power button on your system for ~10 seconds.

    2. Unplug the power cord in the back for a solid minute.

    3. Plug the power cord back in and restart your system.
