I tried to buy KOTOR and can't seen to get it. I wonder if I can actually play it living in Brasil.

Can't download content due to region

Already checked that post, otherwise wouldn't have created a new post. I can download content for some games but not others. So my account settings are ok.

Can't download content due to region

I have an American Xbox and Live account as well as the English copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops. I am currently living overseas in Germany. When I try to download content it is "unavailable from your current location" Is there a way to fix this, or
is this something I'm just going to have to deal with. Netflix, ESPN, Zune movies, and other services don't work either so I feel like my Gold Subsription is being wasted.

I'm not sure, you should check if the game is available in your region, if it is you shouldn't have problems to buy it.

This is an intentional feature. Most product codes are region locked, for example if i were to buy a gift card in Germany and gift it to my friend in the UK it wouldn't work on his console due to said region lock.

Thanks for getting back! May I ask if the payment or card you are using is originally created in Canada as well? Normally the card should be originated from Canada as well to prevent purchase issue. Now if it is a subscription you are trying to purchase and you still have exisiting subscription from another country, that might also cause conflict.

Also, are you trying to make purchase on your Xbox console or PC? Please don't provide any personal information here. If you will provide a screenshot, make sure to cover any of the personal information for security purposes.

Address in My Profile at Microsoft account

I did "Change 360 account region" to Canada

BUT it didn't help

Let me try my best to assist you with this no worries! First, when you changed your billing address and payment details. May I ask if you have also tried changing your Xbox region? Aside from the console, you need to change it via https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/Settings/Home by clicking the "Change 360 account region" option there. Note: It will take 3 months before you can change your region again. Make sure to select the right region where you have migrated.

After changing your region, kindly try to purchase the transaction you are having problem with. Then let us know if ever there are still issue so we can try and assist further.
