    Can't buy overwatch loot box's


    I am a preview member with the cortana update. I am unable to purchase any loot box's for overwatch. The In game store doesn't seem to work, and the xbox store send me to my banks verification page and then when I click download i get a error message. Any
    help with this would be great.

    So when I buy loot boxes for overwatch I like to buy them off xbox.com while im sitting at work.

    But finding them on the xbox store, or Microsoft store, is the most god awful cumbersome mess ever. They don't show up as DLC if you just search Overwatch. They don't appear under the Overwatch hub on xbox.com. And if I type in any combination of overwatch
    or loot boxes...they don't show up either. I have to go to google or bing and type in overwatch - # loot boxes and follow a link from the search engine.

    am I missing something or is it just that stupid?

    I had a similar situation. I then noticed Xbox had billed me multiple times for the boxes. Apparently I just can't access them in the game. I need to speak to Microsoft about a refund. It will be hard to prove I didn't get them though.

    I am having an issue but a little different than yours. When i try to repurchase a loot crate package I purchased in the past it says "Owned" and will not allow me to buy any more. I get no error messages just simply no option to buy the same valued item.

    That's super odd. Because this thread is a bit older, please create a new thread so that we can best help you out. If you haven't already, give your Xbox One a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Keep us in the loop in the
    new thread if you're still having trouble.

    Ok, after AGG xGREYx HG's post I done a little investigating myself. I went to the store to try and buy an ESO Crown Pack, which I have purchased many times over. Guess what? Same problem! It says it is already owned. Microsoft please get this issue fixed

    I'm having the same issue with Rocket League Crate Keys. Because I've already bought them, it reflects that I "own" it rather than giving me the opportunity to buy more. I wonder if this is an issue across all games that have packs that you can buy multiple
