Cant buy nothing on Xbox LIVE, i have $20 on my Microsoft Account!!

I purchased a $20 Microsoft Card and reddemed on my XBOX. My Microsoft Account now have $20

I tried to download KINECT SPORTS and this show me

Ok, i think is because im from Ecuador?? ok... tried another game... RESIDENT EVIL 4, a friend of mine here in Ecuador bought it, without no problem...

And then show me this...

In my Xbox account seems like my $20 are in grey color, like disabled... I just want to know WHY?!?! my billing address and X box are set on United States (tried my country before and nothing), so i just don know what to do... I am on a GOLD account (my
free month) and downloaded the free game without no problems, so is not a country issue.

If you cannot help me, is there a way to take back my $20?!!

please help!

Both games are region locked

Any resident evil or kinect game is region locked

Anything that is triple a titles are region locked

Since both games that are free this month isn't a major title there is no region lock on them

For the best experience with live your account region must match your actual region

However you don't live in an Xbox live region

There is no way to refund prepaid currency cards

You will have to find a game that isn't region locked

Most triple a titles are though

wait your in Ecuador but your billing address is USA that would be why you cannot download certain stuff as a lot of content is region locked. the regions of your account, console, and physical address have to be all the same or you will run into errors.
there is no way to force it to work.

I have talked to them in two ocassions and they told me they are gonna fix the problem. Nothing yet...

And no, I cant buy it for 20 bucks because I dont have them in my account.

I understand that. But the issue is that it's reporting that I don't have any money on my Microsoft Account on the Xbox website and on Xbox Live despite me buying two $20 Cards. Yet, on the Commerce Website, it shows that I have $40 USD. My issue is that
I can't use the Account Credit purchased for Xbox Live on Xbox Live.
