Can't buy new games or DLC on my xbox

Ive been trying for 3 days to buy a new game for my girlfriend and a DLC on another game and it still does not work , no error message or code, it is just taking a **** load of time to load and say: Cancelled order. Please help!

Purchasing DLC from XBox.com instead from the console itself

On my XBox 360 I could purchase any game and DLC directly from XBox.com and it would appear in my download-queue on my console.

Is it still possible to purchase DLC for XBox One games from this website or do I have to purchase them from the console itself? I can purchase whole XBox One games from XBox.com, but I can't find any option to buy DLC...

i have two xbox's and me and my brother each have 1 so when i buy a game is it ok to buy a game or dlc on his xbox then put my account on my xbox so we both can play it or do we have to buy each arcade game and dlc per xbox? please help thanks!

Are you able to make those purchases on Xbox.com, or do similar issues occur there? Try searching for the games you're looking to purchase on Xbox.com, and if similar issues occur, see if there's an error code that you can post up so we can try to narrow
it down.

It should.be noted that it's xbox 360 content you can't make new purchases because of the marketplace shutdown

Your only option is buying the steam versions of the dlc and games or buying the back4blood

ĴYo i have the same problem I can't buy my games I have money on my xbox but I can't buy the game or dlc I can't click the buy button en no I don't use credit card I use Microsoft redeem card 50 euros and the xbox says I can't use my money +xbox store update never update fix the bug please

And then if i can't buy something arcade games dlcs then need my money!

My bad. However, if we accept the fact that we have to buy the game again, then that almost necessarily means that we have to buy the DLC again. I can't fathom any situation where we have to buy the game, but the dlc carries over.
