Can't buy license minecraft

i can't buy minecraft,
we use a ukrainian card and buy in denmark,
it says that the card is blocked but it is not blocked.
we called a friend from ukraine to try to buy minecraft with a ukrainian card in ukraine,
he didn’t succeed either.
the money was not debited,
but the license was not bought either.

Could I just request a Minecraft license change? I honestly don't really mind the Xbox account. I just want to have my Minecraft license on my main Microsoft account. I will not buy Minecraft again for that price.

The Minecraft license and account are permanently tied to the Microsoft account it was migrated to or purchased for, so I'm afraid it can't be transfered to a different email

Please confirm if you have the Minecraft game license by signing your account to account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > go to Order History > then from there, find the Minecraft game purchase.

If the Minecraft game license can't be found there, which means it was purchased on a different account.

Kindly try to sign in to your other email addresses on account.microsoft.com and try to find the Minecraft game license under the Order History.
