Can't buy games or redeem codes

Every time I try the "Redeem a Code" option within the Xbox One, it just endlessly loads.same with buying a game this just started happening because I purchased warframe packs less than a week ago !Is anyone else
having this issue?

why I can't buy games unless, entering credit card or reedem codes which I already redeemed and got 25$. just why

That won't matter because I would still need to download game to my console I purchase most of my games online digitally I never had an issue until now!!!

 

So you can't download any games from your 'Ready to install' section? In that case you should perform a hard reset/power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

 

Those games are already on my console not a new game im trying to buy of course I can download them smh iv already talked to technical support they already acknowledged it's on there end ! I just bought Ames and packs recently just 4 or 5 days ago and
didn't have any issues now Every time I try the "Redeem a Code"or buy game option within the Xbox One, it just endlessly loads.
